Employment Partner, Staffordshire, Highly Respected Regional Firm

This is a rare opportunity for a senior Employment Lawyer to join a highly regarded regional practice with a strong portfolio of corporate and commercial clients.

To be successful in this role it is anticipated you will have at least 6 years PQE employment law experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and run your own department. This is the firm's first hire into employment and therefore you will ideally have some client following alongside the talent/desire to network amongst the firm's existing clients.

As part of the firm's close knit leadership team you will have all the support you need alongside excellent work and a superb all-round working environment. Notably, this is a progressive and ambitious firm with a client base that rivals many of the larger Birmingham City firms.
