Your new role

Working alongside the Company Solicitor and a Legal Adviser, you be involved in preparing and reviewing legal opinions and agreements. You will be required to negotiate with third parties and liaise with applicable government agencies and regulatory authorities, ensuring proper standards are maintained and company objectives are met. You will also manage a small proportion of litigation work and update the legal database as required.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have 2+ years legal work experience either as a paralegal or legal assistant from a respectable law firm or within the Legal Department of a reputable and structured business environment. Maritime Law experience is an advantage but not essential. You will possess strong communication and negotiation skills. You will work well in a team and be able to execute your work under pressure.
