Your new role
An exciting in-house counsel role as part of an immediate team of 3 lawyers, offering exposure to a variety of industry sectors and international work. Reporting to the General Manager for Legal, you will support different areas of the business including finance, HR, logistics and marketing, in managing and improving the global supply chain. You will provide sound commercial advice and strategic value to the functions, including in M&A matters. You will build relationships with key stakeholders, and using your excellent corporate commercial skill set, negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and advise on compliance projects.

What you'll need to succeed
4-7 years' PQE in the UK, with in-house exposure and a commercial or corporate commercial skill set, ideally with demonstrable experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. You will come with a small ego and collegiate attitude to work, and you will have experience working for a reputable City firm or international company. You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills and an ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal colleagues with patience, clarity and simplicity. You will be respectful of diverse cultures, and be ready to work in an environment which is professional and fast-paced.
