Head Of Residential Conveyancing

A great job opportunity in London for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading firms and work alongside a Residential Conveyancing team that is highly regarded in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

Due to their continued year on year growth, my client requires an experienced Residential Conveyancer whom is seeking to achieve true career progression to become Head of their busy Residential Property department in London. This is a truly fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to deal with a challenging caseload in a relaxed, personable environment. The role will involve dealing with a broad range of high end Residential Conveyancing files and you will also have significant management responsibilities leading an experienced team. For the appropriate candidates there is considerable flexibility in terms of working arrangements, salary and benefits!

Skills and Responsibilities;

- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience handling a Residential Conveyancing caseload

- Handled files from inception through to completion

- Must be either a qualified Solicitor

- Excellent client care skills

- Be able to undertake a complex an challenging caseload from inception through to completion

- Ideally have previous management experience

- Experience working towards various targets and deadlines
