Corporate Associate, In-House

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate/Commercial Associate to join a successful, fast growing fund advisory and corporate services firm with over 15 years of building and sustaining success.

The Associate will be joining their Jersey office and the role will involve regular travel to the UK.

They are looking for a commercially minded professional to support an established legal team with senior lawyers who are Collegiate and good Mentors you can learn from.

The role will report to Senior Legal Counsel and you will be expected to assist in providing legal input in each of the jurisdictions in which operations are performed, with a primary focus on Jersey.

The post will require good knowledge of onshore funds (knowledge of offshore fund structures is a bonus) and an ability to provide commercial, risk sensitive legal solutions.
The NQ Legal Counsel will ideally have up to 2 years practical legal experience and good interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts across jurisdictions.
