Top 70 national firm seeks to appoint an experienced real estate litigation lawyer with a minimum of 2 years pqe to join their growing Birmingham team.
This respected property litigation team handles high quality property litigation work drawn from major clients with local, national interests.
You'll handle a mixed caseload of matters arising from all manner of property related disputes including boundary disputes, dilapidation claims. disrepair claims and landlord and tenant disputes. The team works on behalf of a diverse portfolio of clients including bespoke developers, investors, lenders, owner-occupiers and housing associations. Whilst a minimum of 2 years' experience would be ideal, there is flexibility and the firm is interested to speak to lawyers with more experience at senior solicitor/associate level. In addition you will have relevant background in property litigation gained with a City or regional firm.
