Residential Property PSL - full-time or part-time - Dudley

Well established West Midlands firm has a vacancy for a Residential Property PSL.

Joining one of their offices in the Black Country, you will advise on complex property matters to both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers in a busy department.

This is a demanding role and due to the nature of the vacancy and size of the team it can be highly pressurised and fast-paced.

Day to day responsibilities will include the following:

* Advising on complex technical title checking both leasehold and freehold

* Responding to clients and third parties on technical legal enquiries

* Checking and authorising sale and purchase files for exchange of contracts

You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise a high volume of work in support of busy conveyancers.
