An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious paralegal to join a growing Commercial Property Department at a well established firm in Warwickshire. The firm has an excellent reputation in the local area and has a developed an impressive portfolio of clients due to its friendly, professional and modern approach.

The Commercial Property Department is currently engaged in interesting and varied work including high value commercial property transactions, landlord and tenant work, development and agricultural property matters. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department assisting with their caseload before progressing to manage a caseload of their own.

A competitive salary of £18,000 - £28,000 is on offer dependent on experience. There are excellent prospects for development and progression for the right candidate.
