CQS accredited firm requires a driven Residential Property Lawyer in Camberley.

Constantly evolving they are now one of the largest firms in their area and are seeking to recruit a dynamic Residential Property Lawyer to join their successful team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and technically proficient Residential Property Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Camberley area. Becoming part of a CQS accredited department which includes one of the firms’ partners, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload including: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; remortgages; transfers of equity; landlord and tenant and; plot sales. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, developers and external referrers and engage with business development activities.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience gained within a reputable Residential Property department.
You must be technically excellent with a broad range of expertise to include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties and plot sales.
You will be highly organised and able to manage a demanding caseload from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.
You will have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
An aptitude for business development would be advantageous.
