The residential property department is growing rapidly and the firm is now looking for an experienced lawyer to take on a busy caseload of conveyancing matters in their Bicester office, which is particularly instructed in new builds. THE ROLE
The firm is looking for a focused and detail-oriented individual who is eager to progress his or her career. Joining the conveyancing team you will be dealing with sales and purchases of residential properties, including leasehold and freehold, new builds and shared ownership schemes. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Have a solid background in conveyancing, in particular, with experience in new build matters;
Be a solicitor, legal executive or experienced paralegal with at least a year’s previous experience in a well-regarded firm;
Bring with you a network of existing contacts, or be confident in developing and maintaining the same
Be an excellent communicator, with good client-care skills;
Have good experience in using case-management systems, with a good understanding of billing and costs matters;
Be comfortable working under pressure, remaining detail-oriented, focused and good-humoured!
