Description
Drafting & advising in respect of a wide range of commercial matters including:
- Agency and distribution agreements
- Trading terms / supply of services agreement
- Telecoms, network and carriage agreements
- Commercial technology licensing agreements
- Services agreements and global framework agreements
- IT services and maintenance agreements
- Outsourcing agreements
- Hardware and software supply agreements
- IP/content licences
- Company acquisition, disposal transactions and intra-company arrangements
Profile
- Strong commercial drafting experience
- Energetic and commercial approach to work
- The ability to prioritise projects from inception through to completion.
- Creative problem solver
- Commercial acumen in performing an advisory role to all aspects of the business.
Job Offer
A basic salary up to £75,000 (depending on experience) + benefits + discretionary bonus.
