Multi-office practice with an enviable reputation requires an additional Litigation Solicitor for their Harrow team.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Litigation Solicitor to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Harrow area. Becoming part of a specialist team, the successful Solicitor will manage a varied caseload with a bias towards Commercial disputes. Confident in the use of advocacy, negotiation and other ADR methods is essential for the position as is the ability to manage client expectations at all stages. The caseload will include: insolvency; contract disputes; contentious property matters; debt recovery; director and shareholder disputes; defamation and; professional negligence. In addition, the ideal Solicitor will play an active role in business development opportunities for the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with around 2 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Litigation department.
You must have a broad range of experience with excellent technical skills and a focus on commercial disputes.
You will be highly organised with a detail-orientated approach.
You will commercially aware with a commitment to various methods of ADR.
You will be a confident advocate with strong influencing skills.
A flair for business development would be highly advantageous.
