The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join a specialist team on a permanent basis. With good general commercial property experience, the successful Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload, advising on areas to include: rent reviews; tenant obligations; lease drafting and negotiations; dilapidations and; planning matters. With a flair for business development, the successful Solicitor will build and maintain client and professional relationships within the region and promote the services of the department through initiatives including marketing and networking. 

The Candidate
You must be a technically competent Solicitor with experience gained within a reputable Commercial Property department;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be IT Literate;
You will work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will have a desire for professional development.
