A Residential Conveyancer is required for a permanent opportunity with a reputable L500 firm based in Basingstoke.
You will ideally be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience.
The successful individual will be working with-in a thriving conveyancing department alongside 4 other fee earners and secretarial support staff.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, purchases and remortgages and you must be able to take instructions and progress work promptly and efficiently, to a high standard with supervision when or if required.
Personality wise you must be professional, organised, proactive, enthusiastic and ambitious
The firm is Lexcel accredited and very well established with a strong client base with a substantial amount of work coming in from repeat clients and client referrals. You will be working in a prestigious, modern, open plan office in Basingstoke town centre.
