Our client, a household name based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a Legal Administrator to join their existent Legal function on an interim basis of 12 months, working 2 days per week.
You will provide support by;
* Maintaining the company's existing contracts database as well as hard copy folders, ensuring that they are readily accessible as required for the business
* Working closely with Solicitors and the purchasing team to ensure contracts are executed, stored and sent out correctly
* Coordinating reports and compiling new spreadsheets in accordance with business requirements
* Liaising with various departments to ensure that they follow the correct contracts process and proactively ensuring that each supplier correctly adheres to the process.
* General administrative support for the Legal Department with contracts and other matters, as required.
You will have completed a Law Degree and hold ideally a minimum of 1 years experience* within a similar role. It will be vital to have a strong attention to detail alongside excellent organisational and inter-personal skills. You will need to be able to adapt within a fast-paced environment, and be confident in working in both autonomously and as part of a team.
Please note that the salary quoted is the full time equivalent and will be reduced on a prorated basis.
