THE COMPANY:

A property management company with a successful property portfolio are actively recruiting a residential property litigation lawyer for their in house legal team.


THE ROLE:

A position has arisen for a residential property litigation lawyer to support and advise their residential property management team as part of an established in house team of lawyers.

You will be handling a busy workload arising from the management of residential tenancies/leases element of a large private property portfolio.


ABOUT YOU:


To be considered for this role you will have at least 2 years+ pqe and the confidence to be able to deal with a wide range of matters.

Able to work unsupervised you will have experience assured shorthold tenancy, arrears/money claims and their enforcement, drafting and conduct of legal claims including court attendances and of lease/tenancy management.

Candidates with either in house or private practice experience will be considered.
