My law firm client in Liverpool is currently seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancing Assistant, to join their busy, expanding property department based in their Liverpool office.

The ideal candidate for this Senior Residential Conveyancing Assistant position would have 12 months or more experience in a similar role. You must be able to learn and develop new skills quickly, and also be able to communicate effectively in a team in order to work efficiently.

Your responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancing Assistant would include assisting fee earners and executives with their mixed caseloads of residential matters. For example, attending on clients, dealing with enquires made, drafting contracts and transfer deeds, preparing invoices and completions statements, amongst other tasks, also.
