Defendant EL/PL Paralegal Liverpool
Market leading, national practice currently wishes to recruit an additional EL/PL Paralegal for its expanding Commercial Insurance department in Liverpool city centre. The team act on behalf of a variety of insurers, contractors, utility companies and local authorities on a range of Employer and Public Liability claims.
The successful recruit will be responsible for their own caseload of fast and multi track litigated EL/PL cases for a range of clients and will also assist senior fee earners with more complex disputes. All applicants will ideally have prior Defendant Personal Injury experience - ideally within commercial insurance and/or general EL/PL litigation however Claimant EL/PL specialists with a real desire to handle Defendant matters are also encouraged to apply. Knowledge of CPR procedures is essential as is the ability to work to strict deadlines and targets both individually and as part of a team.
