Exciting opportunity for a competition lawyer with top US practice. The firm require an experienced competition lawyer on a contract basis for 6 months. The team work with clients in the IT, pharma, consumer and financial services sectors. Your responsibilities will be broad and involve large mergers and disposals in the UK and across Europe as well as all associated procurement, regulatory and compliance issues arising from these. The role is to start at short notice.
