Conveyancing Executive / Solicitor / Legal Executive - Coventry

My client is a leading Warwickshire Legal 500 practice with several offices spread around the county, with an excellent track record in the areas of residential conveyancing, commercial, family, private client and litigation work. They have a large property team which deals with work sourced both through local contacts and agents, as well as other providers that work on a national basis.
The role, based at their Coventry branch office, would require you to undertake all aspects of the residential conveyancing process including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases. You will carry out the work in an expeditious manner, which meets the standards required by Lexcel.
