Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive
My client is a multi-site high street law firm with an excellent reputation in the Warwickshire area and is currently looking to recruit a residential conveyancing lawyer, either Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to handle a busy caseload of conveyancing work. If you are at the point in your career where you are contemplating a fresh challenge and looking for the right firm to do this with, it's a genuinely good option.
The conveyancing department are a close-knit and friendly team with many staff members having worked for the firm for several years. You will come into an existing caseload of work which will mainly comprise of sales, purchases and remortages, as well as help to buys, transfer and releases of equity...etc so it is vital that you have at least a couple of years' experience in handling your own caseload of conveyancing matters. From time to time you will pick up the occasional complex land matter but there is full support from senior staff, and it is a good chance to test and stretch your conveyancing skills.
The firm offers a competitive basic salary with a performance based bonus scheme.
