Industrial Disease Solicitor - Birmingham
My client is a Top 50 law firm with a fantastic reputation for combining high quality defendant insurance work, sustainable working practices and achieving a genuine work life balance. There is an opening at the moment in their defendant industrial disease team for a Solicitor to advise on a caseload of litigated work and accordingly, if you have experience in this area I'd like to speak with you.
The firm have a number of offices across the UK with their Birmingham hub being one of their largest and most established. You would be joining an existing team of lawyers of various levels of qualification, acting on behalf of insurers, clients from the public sector and large corporates, defending both pre and litigated industrial disease claims so previous experience in this area of PI is essential.
The firm offers a good financial package with full lifestyle benefits as well as a progressive and friendly working environment. This is a fast moving area of law and you will deal with a busy caseload of work but the firm will support you with training and full supervision though will encourage you to work autonomously where possible - you will not be micromanaged constantly as the firm want you to take ownership for your work and look to progress your career.
