EL/PL Fee Earner

You will be an EL/PL Fee Earner with 1- 2 years experience dealing with EL/PL claims within a Personal Injury department. You will be joining a defendant team within a thriving office that handles a variety of claims and legal issues and is based in a bright and open office in Leeds city centre.

Your case load will consist of varied EL/PL claims with a value up to £50,000, including cases where liability is disputed. You will also be supporting Partners with higher value and complex claims; as a result, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge with one of the best teams in the UK and to progress your career. You will work for a range of very loyal clients who expect the very best client care and develop lasting relationships with them.

You may be asked to support marketing and business development activity within the team. This will include meeting clients, attending training sessions and marketing events all of which will develop your relationships and prepare you for your later career.
