Commercial Litigation Solicitor

My client is a leading regional firm, who are chambers ranked and are looking to add a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to their Poole office.

The team have an excellent reputation for the quality of work they undertake, but also for finding the best commercial solutions, actively promoting all forms of ADR, particularly mediation.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years PQE, or equivalent experience, of handling large scale commercial disputes including commercial contracts, corporate, IT, financial services and professional negligence litigation. Hands on experience of pre emptive remedies and mediation/adr are also essential.
