About the Regulatory Solicitor role:
This small but growing team consists of a number of highly experienced Regulatory Lawyers who are keen to add a Paralegal to assist with their busy and exciting caseload. The team are instructed on all aspects of Regulatory work by an enviable client base and workflows include, but are not limited to the following:
- White Collar Crime
- Fraud
- Money Laundering
- Fatal Accidents
- Inquests
- Environmental and Health & Safety Prosecutions
The Regulatory Paralegal:
You will be an experienced Regulatory Paralegal who can demonstrate a genuine passion for Regulatory work. It is anticipated that you will have a minimum of six months' experience advising on the above regulatory matters including CCA, HSE and FCA matters. You will take a hands on approach and will be happy to assist the senior members of the team with their large caseload which will offer you genuine exposure to top quality regulatory work.
