Restructuring Lawyer 1+ To £95,000
This major international firm is looking to recruit a non-contentious restructuring and insolvency lawyer with experience of advising a range of clients on restructuring, distressed investing and insolvency.
The work is frequently international and you should ideally have experience from another well-regarded firm which advises on cross-jurisdictional restructuring and insolvency matters.
Examples of technical experience preferred includes, advising on distressed or stressed leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, security reviews, loan reviews, advising administrators, receivers and liquidators on all aspects of their insolvency/enforcement process.
