Senior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor | 6 years’ PQE*

Our client is a boutique Private Practice based in Central London. They are currently looking to recruit a dedicated Corporate and Commercial associate lawyer for their impressive, reputable boutique practice. The role has come up for the purposes of a maternity cover.

This role will be initially for a period of 6 months with the potential for the successful candidate to become permanent after this time.

The role will include, but will not necessarily be limited to:

• Taking responsibility for all aspects of client management, anticipating and providing advice to clients' needs and ensuring the highest standard of client care and communication
• Undertaking file management practices in accordance with firm’s standards, to ensure documents are organised and filed appropriately, estimates prepared and third party arrangements are adhered to.
• The full spectrum of Corporate and Commercial practice, in particular for SMEs and UHNW individuals.

The ideal candidate will have approximately six years’ PQE* and have strong Corporate and Commercial law experience gained from a Magic, Silver or US firm. In addition, the successful Corporate and Commercial solicitor will have excellent academics with a 2.1 or above.

It is important that you enjoy working autonomously but are also able to build strong relationships with the wider team as well as clientele. You must also be confident at working independently as this role will often involve working autonomously. Previous experience of management or having been a partner will be particularly advantageous but candidates without this will remain of interest.
