Planning Property Lawyer - Lincolnshire

I am currently recruiting for a well respected regional law firm with offices across the Lincolnshire region. They are looking for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their industrious Spalding office.

The role will require you to have act on behalf of developers on both commercial and/or residential projects from inception to completion. You will have experience in collaboration agreements, planning agreements, land holdings, renewable projects, enforcement proceedings, mineral and extraction projects and tenancy management issues.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 3+ years¿ PQE and extensive knowledge of planning. You must be able to effectively work in a team and develop relationships with both colleagues and clients alike.

Salary is competitive but dependent on experience.
