Leading practice seeks a dynamic Employment Solicitor for their team in Manchester.

With a highly regarded and growing Employment law department they are now seeking an additional Solicitor.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Employment Solicitor to join our clients’ Legal 500 rated department in Manchester. Becoming part of a specialist team which includes a number of the firms’ partners, the successful Solicitor will manage a caseload consisting predominantly of claimant matters. With a high level of client contact from the outset, the ideal Solicitor will also assist in more complex, multi-party actions in addition to participating in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole.


The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with around 2 – 4 years’ PQE gained within a leading City, national or regional Employment department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a bias towards claimant work.
You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level.
You will have first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
An aptitude for business development would be highly advantageous.
Particular experience in group actions is desirable.
You will be driven, a team player and seeking to develop your career within a top firm.
