Experiencing a period of continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit a Head of Property Services to be based in Tunbridge Wells with responsibility for all property teams across the business as a whole.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Management Team and working alongside the other Heads of Legal services, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and Senior Property Solicitor with department management experience. With the skills and expertise to drive a team of 12 lawyers and additional support staff forward, the successful Head of Property will oversee day to day management, alongside a stimulating caseload of residential and commercial property transactions. In addition you will immerse yourself within business development, building and maintaining client and professional relationships and promoting the services of the department and practice as a whole. 

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of eight years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid experience in Residential and Commercial Property;
You must have previous Head of Department experience;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated.
