OUR CLIENT
A leading financial services business seeks to recruit an additional commercial lawyer c 4 PQE + to join a small well established in house legal function.
THE ROLE
The post holder will expected to handle a varied business facing workload.
The role will include:-
Advising the various business units on commercial issues, drafting commercial/outsourcing agreements, IP/IT matters. The post holder will be additionally expected to advise on regulatory and risk management issues.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have relevant commercial/financial services skills gained from a leading law firm or in house legal department.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate capability of managing a varied workload with a commercial focus and ideally pensions experience
