Assistant Vice President
This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with experience in invesmtent services or funds to join one of the largest global investment banking institutions as Assistant Vice President. The role will include advising on a range of products and services including portfolio finance, invesmtent advice, structured products and derivatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on financial services matters such as discretionary management, investment distribution and securities
- Provide advise on both UCITS and non-UCITS funds including alternative funds
- Structuring and executing new fund products and maintaining existing products
- Provide legal advise on regulation of investment services and investment funds
- Assist in commercial and contractual matters relating to funds and investment services business
Your Key Skills:
As the Assistant Vice President you will have experience in investment services or funds with either solid private practice experience and/or in house background. The client is looking for someone who can demonstrate a real commitment to developing their expertise in private banking and wealth management with a focus on funds.
