Legal Secretary / Legal PA in Private Client

We have a truly impressive legal secretary role working for a prestigious and well renowned law firm. This is a contractual (12 months with the view to going permanent) full time position offering excellent benefits and a great salary including bonuses and the chance to work in beautiful offices in one of the world’s greatest cities.

The firm are looking for a bright, eager and very driven candidate who is willing to hit the ground running and work hard. It is a great job opportunity for somebody who enjoys not only working hard but being rewarded for their hard work as well. The role will be supporting two very important partners along with a regular fee earner. Previous experience in Private Client would be ideal.

Our candidate needs to have:

• Polished interpersonal skills
• Confidence when working with senior lawyers
• Proactive approach in role and high command of the English language
• Excellent attention to detail

• Solid experienced offering a quality PA service and adapt to different lawyers easily
• Experience of working for a private client department, including presenting wills and letters of wishes
• Great ability of proof reading due to the large volume of documentation work
