Our Client is a specialist Legal firm who are seeking ambitious Residential Property Solicitors/ Licensed Conveyancers/Legal Executives to join their highly reputable law firm based in North West London.

This is a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity to join a growing, busy Law firm where you play a real part in the delivery of some of the UK's most exciting Residential developments for leading clients.

The main duties/responsibilities will include, but not be exclusive to:

• Managing a high, volume caseload of Residential Property files.
• Handling all types of Residential Conveyancing transactions, with minimal supervision and running own caseload from initial instruction through to post completion.
• The work is fast paced and challenging but the team are collaborative and supportive and enjoy what they do, which makes for a positive working environment.

The Candidate:

• Ideally will have 3 years'+ PQE within a Residential Property role, be confident and able to develop business connections, bring on new clients as well as build relationships with the local estate agencies.
• The successful candidate will be proactive, able to demonstrate experience in dealing with complex conveyancing issues in addition to demonstrating excellent communication skills, a positive outlook and the ability and desire to offer outstanding client service.
• Excellent IT skills are also a must.

Salary: Negotiable (dependant on experience)
