A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Commercial Property Lawyer to work within a prestigous law firm with a leading Commercial Property Department in the South of England. My client's Commercial Property and Planning lawyers have a well earned reputation for providing sound and pragmatic legal advice across all aspects of property and planning matters.
This fantastic opportunity offers the chance for a newly qualified up to 5 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join this successful team. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and services in a responsible and professional manner to valued clients.
The role will involve a broad range of general commercial property work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development agreements.

- Excellent organisation skills
- Good IT skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise a significant work load
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ensure the highest level of client care.
