Our client, is currently seeking a planning paralegal for their commercial property department. They are looking to bring someone on board on a permanent basis.
Your principal responsibilities will be to provide transactional support to the commercial property team, to prepare bundles and manage all essential documents, to undertake legal research and to build and maintain client relationships.
To apply for this position you must have at least a 2.1 at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC. Previous planning experience is not required however, an interest in this area of property is essential.
