Real Estate Solicitor

A great opportunity for a recently qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join a top 20 UK law firm based in their Bristol office. Reporting to two senior Partners within the firm the role will offer excellent career development and supervision.

Key Real Estate Solicitor requirements:

The successful Real Estate Solicitor can expect exposure to high quality development and investment focused work for an impressive client base, and to be fully involved in working closely with those clients from an early stage based in the Bristol office. As an example you would gain experience across a variety of areas such as Leases to new tenants, Licences for alterations, Wayleave agreements to third party undertaken; and Lease renewals.

About the Team:

Working as part of this large practice group which spans over multiple offices you will experience a wide range of Real Estate transactions including:

• advising investors
• developers and occupiers
• property related joint ventures, trust arrangements and collaboration agreements for both investment and development projects

About you:

Ideally you will be a UK qualified solicitor (or overseas equivalent) with evidence of good quality training and Real Estate experience gained from one of the UK's leading law firms and may have a minimum of 6 months experience gained during a training contract but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.
