Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Recent expansion has created a requirement for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well established and multi service law firm. The role will be based in South Yorkshire and salary is competitive with market rate and negotiable depending on experience.

On a day to day basis you will be required to manage your own case-load of Residential Conveyancing matters. You will have experience of managing the process for both sales and purchases. The successful applicant must be capable of managing their own caseload with minimum supervision, as well as helping to develop the conveyancing department at the branch.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have worked within Residential Conveyancing for a minimum of 2 years and be able to hit the ground running. Self managing and highly motivated, you will be computer literate and have a thorough understanding of compliance in this area of law.
