Corporate/Commercial Solicitor - NQ to 4 Years PQE - Cardiff

Clayton Legal are currently working with a leading Legal 500 firm who are now looking to recruit a newly qualified to 4 years PQE Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their ever-growing team.

This position is with a leading legal 500 firm based in Cardiff. They require someone with up to 4 years PQE to join their busy team. To be successful, you will need to have good experience in Corporate and Commercial law, and have a strong interest in this area of law. It is advised that this was one of the seats for your training contract, as well as having a minimum of 2 years experience in the field. This role will include a wide range of corporate transactions, such as disposals and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, private equity and financing, as well as supporting banking and finance matters and commercial contracts.

If successful, you will be dealing with clients on a regular basis, so you will need to have excellent communication and client care skills. You will also be required to have good technical skills, and be able to work under pressure.

This firm is offering a very attractive salary for this role, which is dependent on relevant experience, and an excellent benefits package.
