A very rare opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to work within this top national firm's Corporate department. Ideally you will be 1+ PQE to mid level experience and wish to deal with leading corporate clients on a national scale.

The work you will be undertaking will be of a very high quality and will include matters such as: mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and financing matters, so experience in corporate work and any of this work at either regional or other national firm is highly desirable.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the partners of the firm and be exposed to a wide range of Corporate matters, promising a fast and exciting workload. The firm have numerous high profile clients and advise some of the top national and global corporations on a wide range of matters.
