IT Software Developer Team Leader – Birmingham City Centre

Our client is now seeking an IT software developer team leader to join their IT team where you will lead a team of highly skilled developers, delivering complex internal system development projects across a variety of products and technologies.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Line management and personal development of a team of highly skilled developers
- Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous development projects
- Working closely with the IT manager and business analysts
- Participating in reviews and meetings
- Taking responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of people management in a team leader position and have the ability to lead and influence others. You will also have extensive experience working in IT software development.
