Landlord & Tenant/Property Paralegal Opportunity In-House

This is a fantastic opportunity at a property management company for a legal executive or paralegal with solid landlord & tenant and/or residential property experience seeking a move in-house who is seeking something more broader, challenging and commercial.  This is a new role where the successful candidate will be involved in setting up processes to ensure consistency across the business, dealing with leave reviews, overseeing licences, preparing statutory notices as well as overseeing and lead the team who is responsible for collection of the service charge arrears.  Litigation experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
