Property Dispute Resolution Solicitor – 6 years PQE

Our client is a regional leading commercial law firm who have a strong presence in the South East and Kent.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen within their growing Property Dispute Resolution team, which is ranked s a Band 1 National Leader in Chambers UK and Number 1 in the South East in Legal 500.  They are looking for a Solicitor with around 6 years PQE to join a team of 14, one of the largest outside London.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of contentious property work, principally in the fields of commercial Landlord and tenant, real property, property contracts, property insolvency, construction and residential landlord and tenant including enfranchisement.

The Candidate

• Around 6 years PQE in dealing with property disputes
• Excellent client management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team delivering a first class service to a diverse range of quality clients including major property investment companies and pension funds, government departments etc.
