An outstanding opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor (or current trainee who is due to qualify in March 2017) to join this top quality city firm as a Professional Support Lawyer.
Our client advises many of the world's leading corporations and financial institutions, governments and governmental organizations. It is committed to providing legal advice that is insightful and valuable to clients, resulting in groundbreaking transactions in all major regions of the world including Asia, The Middle East, Europe, Latin America and North America.
Due to a steady increase in both lawyer numbers and client work in the regulatory arena, a need has arisen for a dedicated regulatory PSL to assist with the development and management of knowledge management resources, current awareness and standard form documentation and precedents. The exact nature of this role is, to some extent, dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming KM Attorney.
You will be also assisting the current PSL with writing client notes, doing slides for partners to present at conferences and overseeing the legal assistants who work on billing, knowledge management and some research. This role would suit an NQ who wants to get back to the academic side of law. Work life balance is very good. Solicitors with quality training in corporate, finance or disputes are welcome to apply as long as you have gained some experience in regulatory work.
