Our client, top-tier city law firm, are seeking a financial regulation associate to join their busy practice.
Candidates will have 0-2 years PQE from a top-tier law firm, with relevant financial regulatory experience.
The role will involve:
- Drafting, reviewing and amending regulatory documentation.
- Advising the firm's general counsel on a range of regulatory issues, including capital and other aspects or prudential regulation (particularly within banking / investment and insurance).
- Reviewing, analysing and providing detailed advice on EU legislation
- Providing efficient support for partners and the wider team in developing business.
