Insolvency Solicitor

Our client, a highly reputable and well established North- West firm, is looking to further build and develop their Intellectual Property team.

The firm has gone from strength to strength and has seen significant growth and development across a number of teams, the team is renowned for their work in the field. The team is made up of market leading partners, each with a stellar reputation for their work and practices.

The successful candidate is likely to have at least 3 years’ PQE with a strong background in IP, IT, Outsourcing, Data protection and general commercial experience. You are likely to have trained at a firm with a market leading IP and Commercial team and your academic background will be excellent. You will have a variety of experience handling non-contentious IP and commercial work with some experience of handling contentious IP matters.

You will be joining a thriving team that has gone from strength to strength, advising and assisting on both contentious and non-contentious IP transactions and providing support to the IP team overall. You will also work closely with the firm’s corporate and banking teams, alongside managing and supervising junior members of the team
