Corporate Solicitor (4 PQE+) –MANCHESTER

Our Client is looking for an assured corporate solicitor to join its excellent team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have the ability to showcase their Corporate experience and will have had experience of advising general corporate matters but will, ideally, also have had exposure to a wide range of transaction including; M&A, private equity transactions, refinancing, joint ventures as well as shareholder and partnership agreements.

The firm itself acts for some excellent national/international clients and the quality of the work on offer is of a very high standard. The role would ideally suit those wishing to increase their exposure to high quality corporate work as well as those looking to enhance their chances of career progression.
