Private Equity Solicitor

Our client is a leading international firm. They are currently seeking an M&A Corporate Solicitor to join their top tier Private Equity team in London.

In this role you will work with the firm’s extensive client base advising mainly on mergers and acquisitions and shareholders agreements, you will also have dealing in: joint ventures, start-ups and private equity transactions. The department acts for a number of leading private equity cases and a clear focus on private equity work is a pre-requisite for this role.

You will have at least 2 years PQE, a strong academic profile and experience from a leading firm renowned for their corporate private equity work. Your experience will also include advising clients both in the UK and in Europe.
