Capital Markets Solicitor

Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to expand their Capital Markets team. They are looking to recruit a Capital Markets Solicitor to join their London office.

The firm boasts a stellar reputation across all disciplines and is ranked favourably in both the legal directories for their Capital markets practice. The firm’s practice has a strong global focus and the team regularly act on cross border and complex transactions.

The successful candidate is likely to have at least 2 years’ experience gained at a leading city, magic circle or US firm. You will have an excellent academic background and will have completed your training contract at a well-regarded firm with a strong corporate team. Your experience will cover a broad spectrum of transactions including general US capital markets and High yield transactions.

The successful candidate will be joining a market leading Capital Markets practice, providing support to the partners in the team on complex transactions, handling a busy caseload of US Capital markets offerings, providing advice to sponsor clients on commitment papers for acquisition finance transactions and transactions with a focus on high yield transactions.
