Locum Housing Lawyer

Housing Lawyer required to join a well regarded local authority based in London on a locum basis for a period of 3 months initially.

The role has arisen due to a backlog of work so you will be required to hit the ground running with an existing caseload. You will be required to undertake housing matters with a specific reference to possession and disrepair. Candidates must have experience of dealing with a range of possesion matters from varying levels of complexity. Candidates must be confident in undertaking their own advocacy at the County Court.
